“Test Support” Ingredient List

Magnesium- Similar increases were observed for total testosterone. Our results show that supplementation with magnesium increases free and total testosterone values in sedentary and in athletes. The increases are higher in those who exercise than in sedentary individuals.

Zinc- Guided and appropriate supplementation may help raise your testosterone levels. One study researched the effects of a magnesium and zinc supplement. It found that men who received 30 milligrams of zinc per day showed increased levels of free testosterone in their bodies.

Tribulus Terrestris– Some researchers found that when men with reduced sex drives consumed 750–1,500 mg of Tribulus terrestris daily for two months, their sexual desire increased by 79%

Chrysin- Chrysin is an aromatase inhibitor. Aromatase inhibition by chrysin could block the conversion of androgens into estrogens with a consequent increase of testosterone, eventually measurable in urine samples.

Horny Goat WeedIt is also sometimes referred to by its active ingredient, Icariin. Icariin is known as a prenylated flavonoid compound and has been shown to exert much of the aphrodisiac effects of Horny Goat Weed. It has also been shown in one rat study to increase testosterone levels at a rather high dose, and moderate dosages are shown to be beneficial for bone health.

Longjack- Eurycoma longifolia Jack (ElJ) has been shown to elevate serum testosterone and increased muscle strength in humans.

Saw Palmetto BerriesSaw palmetto works by decreasing the activity of 5α-R — an enzyme responsible for converting testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), another sex hormone, to help preserve testosterone levels in the body

Hawthorn Berries- Helps dramatically amplify the effects of Tribulus Terrestris. Hawthorn berry is great for the heart and circulatory system. It helps drive oxygen-rich blood throughout the body to muscles and other organs.

Cissus Quadrangularis- Cissus quadrangularis extracts can also be found in some bodybuilding supplements, where it is considered an alternative to steroids due to its purported anabolic effects
